Store Policy

Items are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive tracking info after order has been shipped.

Returns/Exchanges:

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not available at this time. We only accept returns/exchanges if you received a faulty item or if we sent you the wrong item. 

Pin Backs:

We are not responsible for loss of pins due to the backs falling off. We suggest you secure them tightly and if you plan to wear them often locking backs are suggested. You can find these online (ebay, amazon, etc.)

Shipping:

Once an item is shipped and scanned by USPS we are not responsible. If you are missing a package please contact your local post office. If items were damaged in transit, please file a claim with the post office. 

International Orders:

Please be aware orders may be subject to duties/taxes. We are not responsible for these charges.
